Extreme Home Makeover: May Edition

We have lived in our house for almost 2 years now. We bought our house from the SWEETEST little old lady. She and her husband built the house when they were in their sixties, and she was selling it to move into a local retirement home. Well, when we moved in it was beautifully decorated for an elderly woman, but not so perfect for me! Garett and I decided to focus on the main living areas first and the slowly update the rest as we had the time. We fixed up the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom exactly how we wanted before we got married.

So now, almost 2 years later, I finally decided on a paint color for the guest bathroom, guest room, and Garett's office! It's a light grayish color with the slightest hint of light blue called Granite Dust. I'm in love!

We still have to update the floral laminate tile flooring in the future, but the rug is working for now. I also finished painting the guest room, but I haven't quite figured out how I want to arrange the wall decor yet. I'll post pictures when that gets finished. I'm hoping to conquer Garett's office over Spring Break next week!

I can't wait to get everything finished! Although, I'm sure I'll find more projects to take on.
